Oversee deal setup and onboarding, including funding and settlement execution.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in banking operations or finance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse lending or mortgage finance.
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with sound judgment and a strong risk and control mindset.
Experience reading and interpreting loan documentation and facility-related legal documents.
Strong client service skills and experience managing senior client relationships.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (for example, collateral custodians, technology, relationship teams, and treasury).
Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and meet defined service levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
