Job Responsibilities
Own the cross-card rollout strategy for core platform capabilities, ensuring consistent and timely adoption across branded card, small business, cobrand, and private banking card products
Serve as the connective tissue between platform teams and business line stakeholders, translating platform capabilities into clear value propositions for each segment
Develop and maintain a prioritized roadmap for capability expansion across all card products, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical dependencies
Partner with engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams to ensure platform extensibility and readiness as new card products and personas are onboarded
Navigate the distinct needs of diverse customer segments - including mass market, small business owners, cobrand partners, and private bank clients - to ensure solutions are appropriately tailored
Establish frameworks to track rollout progress, adoption metrics, and business outcomes across all card lines
Represent the cross-card strategy in senior stakeholder forums, surfacing risks, dependencies, and opportunities across the portfolio
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within financial services or payments
Demonstrated ability to drive platform or capability adoption across multiple business lines or customer segments simultaneously
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize complex, cross-functional landscapes into clear priorities and plans
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience operating across matrixed organizations
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive clarity and momentum without a fully defined playbook
Understanding of card product ecosystems, account structures, or payments infrastructure a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization such as a large financial institution
Familiarity with platform thinking, service layers, or API-driven product development
