Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Lead cross-functional collaboration with various Security Engineering and Product teams.
Define metrics and KPI's to measure the effectiveness of the endpoint security products.
Serve as the subject matter expert for endpoint security products, advising internal teams and senior leaders on risk and opportunities.
Ensure endpoint security products are compliant with internal security and policies, regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Obtain 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including vendor evaluation, discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixes, complex organization
Experience within Cyber Security is preferred
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks
Strong knowledge of endpoint security tools and technologies
Prior experience in finance industry is a huge plus
Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CPM, CCSP
