und administration and accounting oversight process, providing direct administration and sub-administration for funds within the Private Bank.Manage internal and external relationships, serving as the primary contact for the Board, Audit Committee Chair, and all vendors, including Custodian/Fund Accounting Administrator, Distributor, Independent Audit firm, Tax services, Class Actions, and Valuation.

Lead and manage fund operations within the current oversight model.
Implement accounting policies and adapt to new regulations.
Establish and execute management's vision for both new and existing products.
Collaborate with other JPMPI teams to ensure thorough documentation and review of new products and instruments.
Oversee the approval process for prospectus trading and operational models, ensuring appropriate risk-focused oversight controls.
Oversee the review of the Funds' financial statements and regulatory filings.
Sign off on disclosure control procedures in support of annual audits, monthly N-PORT filings, annual N-CEN, prospectus, and principal financial/executive officer certifications.
Experience with 15C reporting is a plus.
Review vendor key performance indicators and follow internal escalation protocols related to the oversight of third-party fund administrators.
Research and document complex accounting matters, reporting findings to management and/or the Board.
Approve daily management appraised fair-valued securities.
Review and analyze valuation committee materials, including form N-LIQUID reporting, Reasonably Anticipated Trade Size assumptions, and derivative reporting.
Previous experience as a Valuation/Liquidity committee member or chair is highly desired.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the investment management industry, specifically related to mutual funds.
Experience with a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or relevant industry experience is preferred.
CPA certification is highly desired.
In-depth knowledge of mutual fund taxation, including distributions, K-1s, and 1099 forms.
Comprehensive knowledge and experience across various asset classes, such as fixed income and equities.
Expertise in complex instrument types, including derivatives and structured products.
Proven experience in running valuation, liquidity, or other internal committees that report to the Board or Fund management.
Demonstrated experience presenting in front of a mutual fund board.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate issues, propose, and implement solutions, considering all downstream implications.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Experience in creating Accounting Policy Memos.
Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning.
Willingness to challenge the status quo to improve processes.
Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams effectively.
