Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
8+ years in B2B partner‑led business development within wealth adjacencies or corporate benefits; experience working with business owners/executives preferred.
Strong grasp of employer benefits buying centers (HR/Total Rewards/Finance) and mid‑market to large‑cap needs.
Proven success influencing without authority in a matrixed environment and building referral engines.
Executive presence and ability to translate complex offerings into clear employer value.
Location and travel
Based in key PB markets; travel 25-40% to priority offices and corporate meetings.
