What you'll do

• Design and build agentic systems that combine reasoning, planning and action across complex enterprise environments

• Engineer modular components within Kyndryl's Agentic AI Framework - covering LLM orchestration, vector retrieval, data connectors and multi-agent coordination

• Build and deploy scalable solutions across multi-cloud environments using containerisation, microservices and event-driven design

• Translate client challenges into engineered systems that reason, learn and adapt - improving efficiency, resilience and decision-making

• Bridge AI and data architecture to ensure agents are grounded in solid data foundations, scalable pipelines and secure governance

• Automate end-to-end with CI/CD pipelines, observability and responsible-AI guardrails

• Collaborate and mentor across disciplines to accelerate delivery and strengthen technical excellence

• Deliver measurable outcomes that move clients from AI-enabled experiments to production-grade AI-native enterprises

What you bring

• Strong coding skills in Python and experience with agentic and LLM frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or DSPy

• Hands-on experience in data engineering and architecture - APIs, streaming, ETL or data mesh principles

• Ability to work across multi-cloud and data platform ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, Elastic)

• Familiarity with vector databases, knowledge graphs or temporal data models Experience with MLOps or AIOps pipelines, versioning and monitoring

• Understanding of LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, tool-use and agent frameworks

• Systems-level curiosity and a self-starter mindset - you take ownership, build iteratively and deliver with pace and rigour

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of experience

• Advanced degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field.

• Experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, vector databases, RAG, and orchestration tools.

• Exposure to regulated industries.

• Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, LLM Deployment, LangGraph, LangChain, RAG, AI Orchestration

• Building multi-agent systems and agentic workflows (e.g., AutoGPT, LangGraph, CrewAI, or custom frameworks)

• Integrating external APIs, databases, and knowledge sources

• Action planning and reasoning frameworks (e.g., ReAct, Tree-of-Thought, Plan-and-Execute)

• Designing human feedback loops and delegation mechanisms

Plus, you bring

• Experience collaborating with high-trust, low hierarchy engineering teams where autonomy and deliver pace matter

• Ability to move across disciplines - data architecture, engineering and AI integration - depending on project needs

• Experience contributing to open source or shared codebases or shaping internal reusable Data, ML and AI frameworks

• Strong problem-solving mindset and capacity to translate client requirements into engineered, scalable systems

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications across AWS, Azure or Google Cloud

• Proven experience with data and AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric or Elastic

• Prior involvement in digital transformation or AI native product development within enterprise settings

• Experience with graph theory, knowledge representation or distributed systems

• Contributions to technical or academic communities such as open-source authorship, whitepapers, conference presentations
