"Kyndryl is a wonderful place for women to work, especially for young women who are just starting out in the workforce like myself. I feel supported and empowered to be my authentic self at work. "Work life balance is supported heavily, none asks where you are and what you do as long as you deliver on your commitments. Pretty open on the reason you are declining a meeting (soccer carpool) so no need to hide that you have boundaries. "

"I havent seen hard work making a difference. Promotions are manager dependent and left on luck & chance. No transparency on Promotion. Tenure gets no privilege/ seniority respect."
