Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in NMS/EMS IBM Tivoli Netcool Suit of Products which includes Deployment, Configuration, Administering and Customization in Netcool/Omnibus, Probes, Gateways, WebGUI, ITM, Netcool Impact, Jazz for SM.

• Subject Matter expert on Netcool servers, ITM, ScienceLogic and Zabbix configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting

• Experience of Auto call and event suppressions in enterprise environment

• Configuration and customizations experience in M&E management environments

• Experience in IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus 8.1 customized configuration of Mulit-Tier architecture, Probes and Gateways.

• Good experience in configuring various probes including MTTrapd, Syslog, EIF, Ping, Message bus probe etc.

• Experience in configuring Object Server Gateways like JDBC, Uni and Bi-directional Gateway.

• Integration experience with ITSM tool - ServiceNow.

• Troubleshooting of the events/incidents raised.

• Troubleshooting of Netcool. ITM, Science logic, Zabbix.

• Netcool - CACF and ServiceNow integration and automation.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

• Development and customization of rules and event-based automation using ansible tool.

• Development of health check and application monitoring playbooks using Ansible.

• Integration of netcool with inventory management systems, ticketing systems and CACF.

• Customization of probe rules for Enrichment, Parent/Child correlation, RCA.

• Upgrading of Omnibus, WebGUI, ITM and probes.

• Installation and configuration of Probes.

• SSL Configuration.

• Production Deployments.

• Trigger code development.

• Building Omnibus WebGUI CGI tools and dashboards.
