• Assist clients defining architectures by selecting, implementing, and supporting new infrastructures

• Development in scripting and automation

• Manange ATLs and VTLs

• Maintenance, configuration, tuning and update of backup infrastructures

• Monitoring of backup infrastructures (availability; capacity; forecast)

• Maintenance of subsystems compliance based on Kyndryl security policies

• Response to incidents and service requests directed at a ticketing tool provided by Kyndryl

• Provide a 24x7 prevention service according to a scale with possible travel needs to the data center

• Fluent in write and speak english and portuguese languages
