CIO SAP Functional Consultant - Tax

• Support tax reconciliation and compliance audits, ensuring all tax transactions align with regulations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve tax-related system issues, optimizing performance and reducing manual intervention.

• Provide end-user training on tax functionalities and best practices in SAP.

• Keep up to date with tax compliance regulations and SAP best practices to improve tax processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years of SAP Functional Consulting experience, with a strong focus on Tax Implementation.

• Expertise in SAP FI tax settings, VAT, GST, Withholding Tax, and other indirect tax processes.

• Hands-on experience with SAP Q2C, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass tax integrations.

• Deep understanding of Thomson Reuters OneSource for tax automation and compliance.

• Experience with Edicom Ediwin or similar tools for electronic tax submission.

• Cross-functional knowledge of SAP FICO, SD, and MM for tax-related configurations.

• Strong problem-solving skills to analyze tax-related system issues and propose solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams.

• Ability to drive tax process improvements and automation initiatives.

Who You Are

• SAP certification in Tax, FICO, SD, MM, or S/4HANA Financials.

• Experience in Tax Global Deployment projects

• Experience with SAP Document Compliance (eDocument framework).

• Familiarity with E-Invoicing and digital tax reporting requirements.

• Understanding of global tax regulations and industry trends.
