    • Picks up tickets that are assigned to the team by L2

    • Create SOPs for all generic monitoring KPI's

    • Ownership & participation on SEV12 Incidents, Problems & Changes

    • Participate in daily account governance and review calls

    • Perform monthly ticket reviews with FLM and identify recurring cases that can be automated

    • Work with the FLM to provide daily sunrise sunset dashboard that includes the following:

    • SEV 1, 2 Incidents, Problem Records & Change Requests

    • Ticket Backlogs

    • Backup Status

    • Ownership of backups & restore

    • Ensure all technical documentations (SOP, KEDB, Architecture) for the respective accounts are up to date, accurate and maintained in the Wiki

    • Train new joiners on account specific knowledge and SOP's.

    • Monthly patch and compliance ownership

    Backup Management Technology - Commvault, Cloud Native

    Activities

    • Develop a backup policy in consultation with the Customer and adhere to the policy

    • Provide routine backup and recovery of data with respect to the IT Infrastructure

    • Label backup media and log maintenance as per the policy

    • Periodically monitor the log generated by the backup tool agreed with the customer to ensure that all tapes have data and can be restored successfully

    • Monitor the performance of scheduled backups, schedule testing of backups as per policy agreed with customers during transition and ensure adherence to related retention policies

    • Review backup logs to verify successful completion of backup

    • Notify to customer team any backup failures

    • Perform restoration drill as per the schedule agreed with customer during transition, and sign off with Customer.

    • Perform snapshot backups and restore as per policies provided by UPL

    • Use media rotation procedures for tapes or other backup media after pre-determined usage or age thresholds and after taking necessary copies

    • Track and log all media movements in or out of the data centers

    • Monitor and maintain tape media and tape drive for reliability to avoid read/write errors

    • Maintain an inventory control system to properly manage tapes in storage as well as those stored off-site

    • Initialize and label new tapes based on the Customer's policy provided during transition

    Azure:

    • Hands on experience - Terraform, Ansible

    • Hands-on skills on configuring & troubleshooting Alibaba cloud technologies.

    • Implementing compute, storage and network services on Azure cloud platforms.

    • Service consumptions and its reporting, Cost management and its reporting, Dashboard and Integrations, Automation in reporting

    • Expert level Linux Windows System Operations Skills

    • Expert skills on troubleshooting cloud networks, middleware & cloud storage technologies.

    • Security & Backup implementation and troubleshooting.

    Certifications Required - AWS

    • Azure Administrator Level Certification (AZ 104)

    AWS:
    • Amazon Web Services - AWS-L2 (Mandatory)

    • Cloud-IaaS-Compute-Amazon Web Services-AWS-L2

    • Cloud-IaaS-Storage-Amazon Web Services-AWS-L2

    • Hands-on (Terraform/Ansible/GitHub) experience
