Identify opportunities for growth and expansion through being a recognized trusted advisor. Lead the entire delivery team to actively identify and drive opportunities to grow out scope
Support account leadership and other partners, including Consulting, in identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities to drive profitable growth
Own service delivery quality, including transformation, automation, and quality for new incubation of business for Kyndryl

Lead delivery across the full customer lifecycle for given engagement and focus areas.
Is known as a thought leader in an industry or practice internally
Drive key areas of competency Cloud Services, Service Integration thru App, Data and AI offerings.
Build meaningful expertise in an area (practice or industry); recommend Expert or Thought Leader levels in relevant certification programs
Establish and maintain account governance and have strong program management skills to lead delivery on time and on budget
Ensure account compliance and lead accounts with integrity
People
Team effectively across the Kyndryl organization to bring together high performing cross functional teams to deliver services for customers.
Invest in the development of the people on the account and across Kyndryl to develop the next generation of talent.
