Be an advocate for Kyndryl Vital - championing design-thinking, collaboration and co-creation - both internally and with customers
Build awareness, create trust and clearly communicate Kyndryl Vital Italy strategy and value proposition - both internally and with customers
Support thought leadership agenda to raise profile and build reputation - both internally and with customers.
Support Kyndryl Vital operations and growth
Ensure Kyndryl Vital supports and enables Italy business strategy; driving sales, revenue, and profit
Grow Kyndryl Vital-specific opportunity pipeline, both within existing accounts and new logos
Support Kyndryl Vital programme management in Italy; project identification and development, resource support, relationship development with key account owners
Build & grow Kyndryl Vital programme; develop relationships and revenue opportunities.
Who You Are
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven success in building/managing high-performing teams for large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Expertise advising C-suite executives on aligning technology initiatives from an experience-first orientation, aligning organizational strategy and ROI
Strategic problem-solving skills using human-centered design principles to address technical, business and user needs simultaneously
Fluency integrating human needs and business objectives into technology roadmaps with clear ROI frameworks
Experience collaborating with technical architects/engineers to implement enterprise solutions at scale
Leadership in cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles - discovery to deployment
Skills building consensus among stakeholders with competing priorities through service blueprints/co-creation workshops
Demonstrated ability in team development - hiring creative talent, mentorship programs, and scaling operations
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
Deep industry vertical experience
Experience in both enterprise and agency worlds
Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure or other technical applications
Human behavior, change management, or other applied social sciences
Data science, AI/ML background
Experience in DesignOps or otherwise experienced in design-specific processes and capabilities
