    Security engineers in the delivery phase who will play an active role in identity govnernance management, authentication and privileged identity management solutions in Zero Trust.

    【Business Activities】

    As a security engineer in a large enterprise customer project, you will lead the proposal, implementation, and operation of ID management and integration solutions to solve the customer's identity management issues, such as identity integration, identity lifecycle management, SSO, and privilege identity management.

    As an engineer, you will respond to and lead technical and issue responses to projects together with members and business partners, as well as schedule and issue management, team building, and communication with customers for the success of the project as a project manager.

    【Required Skills】

    Experience in proposing and implementing any of the following solutions (combined experience is even better)

    • IDaaS (e.g. Entra ID, Okta)

    • IGA (e.g. full scratch, SaaS solutions)

    • PIM/PAM (e.g. CyberArk)

    • Onpremise (e.g. AD, LDAP)

    • Experience in IDaaS, IGA, PIM, AD, LDAP design and construction as a leader or administrator

    Experience in designing security for enterprise systems

    Experience in project management (creation and management of master schedules and WBS), issues and risk management

    Native level Japanese

    Reading and writing in English

    【Preferred Skills】

    Experience in upstream processes related to Zero Trust

    General security skills, including networking, web, and endpoint

    Security-related certifications (CISSP, vendor certifications, etc.)

    Project manager qualifications (e.g., PMP)

    Communication in English
