    As Technical Support, you'll perform varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software issues using your technical expertise and available resources to ensure that our customers' issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You'll also have the opportunity to perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities, as well as data backup and restore on certain accounts for clients, ensuring that all related administrative duties are completed within Service Level Agreement objectives.

    You will develop a deep understanding of the local and regional infrastructure, as well as key contacts in other competencies, which will enable you to ensure that the proper team is aware of - and taking action on the problem.

    Responsibilities:

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Zabbix Monitoring Engineer to oversee and maintain the organization's monitoring infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Zabbix-based monitoring solutions to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems and applications.

    ZABBIX Key Responsibilities:

    • Zabbix Implementation & Configuration:

    • Technical Skills:

    • Strong expertise in Zabbix installation, configuration, and management.

    • Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.

    • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Zabbix databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MariaDB).

    • Hands-on experience with network protocols (SNMP, ICMP, HTTP, etc.) and monitoring network devices.

    • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation.

    • Tools & Integration:

    • Familiarity with integrating Zabbix with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or Elasticsearch.

    • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.

    We seek a detail-oriented and skilled Icinga Monitoring Engineer to design, implement, and manage Icinga-based monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Icinga infrastructure, ensuring the reliability and performance of critical systems, and automating monitoring processes.

    • Strong expertise in Icinga 2 and Icinga Web 2 installation, configuration, and management.

    • Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL).

    • Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases for Icinga backend.

    • Hands-on experience with SNMP, NRPE, SSH, and HTTP checks.

    • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

    • Tools & Integration:

    • Experience integrating Icinga with Grafana, ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or InfluxDB for data visualization.

    • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) for incident management integration.

    • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for monitoring containerized environments.
