Main Responsibilities:
Monitoring and incident response using security products
ASM management, vulnerability scanning, and implementation of countermeasures
Security patch management and update scheduling
Server access rights management and audit support
Log analysis and security design in cloud environments
Project management and client reporting
Work Environment:
Average monthly overtime: approximately 10-20 hours
Primarily on-site at the client's location, with the possibility of hybrid work (1-2 remote days per week)
Smooth information sharing and communication across all levels, including managers, subordinates, and colleagues
Long-standing support for the growth of major Hiroshima-based companies through IT infrastructure

Who You Are
Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an infrastructure engineer
Fluent in Japanese (in read/write/speak)
Hiroshima resident or able to relocate to Hiroshima
Preferred:
Hands-on experience working in an internal IT department
Experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) tasks
Interest in the field of cybersecurity and a strong willingness to learn
