Kyndryl is engaged in system construction and delivery for our client companies.
We, Service Excellence department, are engaged in activities to maintain and improve delivery and project quality so that Kyndryl's construction and delivery projects can serve our clients without system incidents or project execution problems. As a member of the department, you will be responsible for the following tasks.
Analyze Root Cause of system incidents and quality issues across company.
Assess and improve Service Management process based on ITIL/SIAM.
Construct Service Management process.
Analyze and improve project culture survey result.

Mainly working from remote, but may come into the office based on needs.
