You will also be providing user support for network-related issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support possible.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven knowledge and experience in trouble-shooting : switching, and routing, Load-Balancers, Firewall, WAF
• 8+ years of working experience in Networking & Security
• Minimum CCNP certification & ITIL V4 certification
• Experience with Network security, WAN
• Working knowledge of ITIL

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with BGP, Software Defined Networking (SDN) based on Cisco ACI, Checkpoint/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load Balancers, NSX
• Experience with Ansible automation
