Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 5+ years of experience testing complex software products for enterprise customers in agile environments.

• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and technologies.

• Proven experience in testing and delivering high-quality web-based enterprise applications.

• Hands-on experience with test automation.

• Proficiency in at least one or two open-source automation tools and frameworks.

• Strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Familiarity with test frameworks such as Selenium or similar.

• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Perl, PowerShell, or JavaScript.

• Exposure to Test-Driven Development (TDD), Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Professional experience in the banking and/or payments industry.

• Proficiency in Finnish language.
