ding installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA etc)
Perform system copies, client administration, transport management, backup & recovery
Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, enhancement packages, patches, and migrations (e.g., OS/DB or S/4HANA migrations)
Provide technical expertise for SAP HANA and traditional RDBMS databases (Oracle, MSSQL, DB2)
Manage SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, and integration with third-party systems
Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures
Coordinate with functional, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth SAP operations
Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Maintain system documentation and technical SOPs
Guide and mentor junior BASIS team members
Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and change management policies

Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of SAP BASIS experience in large-scale SAP environments
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations and administration
Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver architecture and components
Proficiency in database administration: SAP HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2
Hands-on experience with OS-level administration (Linux/UNIX/Windows)
Experience with SAP systems in on-premise, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), or hybrid environments
Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM, System Monitoring, EarlyWatch)
Familiarity with tools such as SUM, SWPM, SPAM/SAINT, and HANA Cockpit
Good understanding of high-availability and disaster recovery setups for SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills

GRC:
Perform Security related activities
Perform SAP GRC related activities
Manage maintenance plan, assist with system upgrades and patching, with specific focus on security impacts
Perform Segregation of Duties analysis and manages the mitigation process
Ensure compliance to security policies, procedures and IT controls in place
Provide pre and post go live support to the end users
Assist with conducting IT self-audits, IT User access recertification review
Assist with conducting gate review and change management activities
BOBJ:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions using SAP BusinessObjects
Design, develop, and implement reports, dashboards, and analytics using SAP BO tools (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, SAP Lumira, etc)
Customize and enhance existing BI solutions to meet evolving business needs
Perform data modeling, extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities for BI projects
Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting of BI solutions
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to end-users and stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and data consistency across BI solutions
Stay updated with the latest SAP BO tools and features to drive continuous improvements in BI solutions
