- Correct operation of **queries and reports**
Verify data flows between source systems and SAP BW/BPC, identifying load errors, inconsistencies, or data deviations.
Manage tickets under the AMS operating model, complying with defined priorities, impact levels, response times, and SLAs.
2. Functional Analysis and Process Validation
Analyze and validate SAP BPC functional configurations, including:
Validate SAP BW functional processes, including:
Review end‑to‑end processes, from data sources to final BPC/BW reports.
Document findings, root causes, deviations, and implemented solutions, ensuring traceability and operational consistency.
3. Technical Coordination within the SAP Ecosystem
Collaborate with ABAP/BW developers to resolve incidents and implement functional adjustments.
Coordinate with integration teams, Basis/infrastructure, and other SAP modules when cross‑system or cross‑module dependencies exist.
Follow up on technical‑functional activities until effective closure and business validation are achieved.
4. Documentation and Operational Compliance
Maintain up‑to‑date functional documentation, including:
Prepare information and supporting materials for internal audits, change controls, and IT reviews.
5. Support for Testing, Changes, and Releases
Participate in functional testing (SIT/UAT) for changes, fixes, or new functionalities in SAP BPC and SAP BW.
Design and execute functional test cases, validating results against business rules.
Validate functional deliverables and support deployments, releases, and post‑implementation stabilization (hypercare).
6. Continuous Improvement within the AMS Service
Identify improvement opportunities in:
Propose initiatives that enhance stability, efficiency, reliability, and data traceability.
Contribute to the evolution of the AMS service from a functional and business‑oriented perspective.

Required Knowledge and Skills
Functional and Technical Knowledge
SAP BPC:
SAP BW:
Knowledge of integrations between source systems and SAP BW/BPC.
Ability to interpret logs, error messages, and data structures.

ITIL methodologies applied to AMS services
Tools and Technologies (Desirable)
Familiarity with ABAP for functional analysis and support (not development).

Knowledge of financial, planning, and analytics processes.
Basic English required; intermediate level desirable for documentation and communication.
