Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of experience in mainframe platform support or operations.
Minimum 3 years in leadership or squad lead role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Deep knowledge of mainframe environments (z/OS, Capacity & Performance Management).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Proven track record of leading teams and delivering projects on time.
English: Advanced (required for documentation, communication with global teams, and vendor interaction).
Preferred Skills and Experience
Certifications: ITIL, Agile/Scrum, or mainframe technologies.
Experience with Agile methodologies and high-performing team leadership.
Ability to manage complex delivery environments and client relationships.
