    Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    2 years
    • Proven experience in system management, network administration, and technical support
    • A solid understanding of operating systems (such as Windows, Linux, or Unix), networks, and software systems
    • Familiarity with cyber security, incident response, security operations, vulnerability management, IT security architecture, risk management, cyber threat hunting, and cyber security standards
    • Expertise in data warehousing, database administration and design, data quality, data modeling, data architecture, and various programing languages
    • Proficient knowledge of network routing and switching, network troubleshooting, engineering and infrastructure, load balancing, and virtual private networks

    Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

    • Systematic and troubleshooting skills
    • Knowledge of databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL, etc.)
    • Certifications in cybersecurity, cloud computing, or project management

    • Instalar, configurar, elaborar scripts de despliegue y desplegar los productos de una especialidad tecnológica.
    • Interactúa permanentemente las unidades usuarias del Banco para definir acciones clave, construir acciones personalizadas, patrones, reglas para atender los requerimientos por controles de cambio para habilitación y deshabilitación de monitoreos, ventanas de mantenimiento e incidentes sobre las plataformas de Observabilidad.
    • Explora, identifica y propone soluciones de monitoreo, que en ocasiones incluye hardware o software, sacando el máximo provecho a la plataforma y las tecnologías con las que cuenta el Banco.
    • Construye instrucciones de código con procesos estandarizados bajo un marco metodológico a fin de acelerar la entrega y reducir la interacción humana.
    • Prepara y presenta entregables de los requerimientos de monitoreo como Dashboards funcionales, de negocio, aplicación, servicios o los resultados de la integración con componentes de terceros.
    • Encuentra oportunidades de mejora continua sobre la plataforma para etiquetar servicios, peticiones, agrupaciones de procesos y hacerla más eficiente.
    • Impulsar nuevas tendencias y plataformas, Identifica estándares, procedimientos e implementa buenas prácticas.
    • Asegurar la correcta administración e implementación de puntos de control y monitoreo de los componentes de la plataforma tecnológica en las herramientas de Observabilidad (ej.. infraestructura, servicios y lo competente a las capas de observabilidad).
    • Promover la optimización en la operación de las diferentes plataformas.
    • Asegurar el cumplimiento de lineamientos de tecnologías a su cargo.
    • Documentar los procedimientos e información crítica relacionados a las herramientas de la plataforma.
    • Atención de Requerimientos e Incidentes (Troubleshooting).
    • Participar en pases a producción.
      Skills:
    • Implementación, configuración y administración de tecnologías de Observabilidad y Monitoreo.
    • Configuración de umbrales, triggers, jobs, monitoreo Sintético etc.
    • Configuración de SLO y del user journey
    • Construcción de Dashboards
    • Integraciones con otras Aplicaciones (ITSM, Gestor de Eventos, Automatización, OncallManagement, etc.)
    • Fundamentos en DevOps y Arquitectura de Microservicios
    • Experiencia en administración de infraestructura y/o DevOps.
    • Conocimientos en tecnologías Open Source para observabilidad (Opentelemetry, Grafana y Prometheus).
    • Conocimientos en tecnologías de Observabilidad (on-prem y Azure-Cloud)
    • Experiencia en herramientas de monitoreo y observabilidad (Dynatrace, Datadog, ElasticStack, Grafana, Prometheus, etc.).
    • Conocimientos y experiencia administrando contenedores (Docker, Kubernetes)
    • Capacidad de aprendizaje sobresaliente
    • Comunicación efectiva con el equipo y stakeholders.
    • Metodologías Agiles (Scrum, Kanban)
      Capacitaciones y/o certificaciones:
    • Experiencia en implementaciones y configuraciones de las herramientas de observabilidad en ambientes on-premise y herramientas SaaS - altamente deseable
      Certificaciones (deseables):
    • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
    • Certificación Elastic Certified Observability Engineer o similares.
    • Dynatrace Associate, New Relic Fundamentals y/o DataDog Certification o similares.
