Ensure system availability, patch compliance, and proactive risk mitigation.
Oversee integration of management tools and develop Linux shell scripts for automation.
Support mainframe technologies.
Drive initiatives for automation, monitoring, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and maintain business continuity.
Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years in mainframe or zLinux system administration/support, with 3+ years in a senior or lead role.
Deep expertise in zLinux/zVM system management, patching, and performance optimization.
Advanced proficiency in Linux shell scripting and management tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
English: Intermediate to advanced (required for global collaboration and documentation).
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Certifications in Linux, mainframe, or ITIL.
Proven track record of leading automation and modernization projects.
Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
