Description and Requirements

职位描述：

1. 与PE/GPD /GCM协调ME零件的供应商选择；

2. Tar的创建和发布，并得到团队的批准；

3. 原型材料：每个构建和每个站点的原型OA和交付；

4.推动组件开发，锁定，确认计划并与GPD/PE保持一致，包括第二/第三层材料准备；

5.驱动组件CMF计划/锁定/颜色限制签署，并与CxD/PE/GPD对齐；

6.发布NQWOA，并推动组件斜坡计划和交付计划，包括CTB；

7.协调整个项目进度，并在需要支持和帮助时进行升级；

Job Description：

1.Co-ordinate supplier selection with PE/GPD /GCM for ME parts

2.TAR creation and release and get approval from Team

3.Proto materials : proto OA and delivery for each build and each site.

4.Drive component development, lockdown, qualification plan and alignment with GPD/PE, including 2nd/3rd tier materials readiness.

5.Drive component CMF plan /Lock down/color limit sign-off and alignment with CxD/PE/GPD

6.Release NQWOA and drive component ramp plan and delivery plan including CTB for projects

7.Co-ordinate whole project schedule + escalation if need support/Help

工作要求：

1.5年以上3C行业工作经验；

2. 学士学位；

3.良好的沟通能力，包括英语；

4.有绿带或CPM认证者优先考虑；

5.有基本的模具/机械知识或机械工程背景；

6.有管理跨职能团队的经验；

7. 愿意出差；

Job Requirements：

1.Have 5+ years experience in 3C industry.

2. Bachelor degree.

3.Good communication skill including English.

4.Have Green belt or CPM certification will be value.

5.have basic tooling/Mechanical knowledge or mechanical engineering background.

6.Have experience to manage cross function team.

7. Be willing to travel.
