Description and Requirements

工作内容：

负责项目合规审查，参与项目ROI管理及其他项目管理活动

1. 落实公司项目合规管理流程，在部门内负责软件开源合规审核及其他开发过程合规管理

2. 协助CTO的项目review并跟进后续工作项

3. 参与项目过程评估，包括目标达成情况、投入产出比等

4. 汇总项目材料

5. 支持协同和BG的interlock、创新展等活动

任职资格：

1. 学历：计算机相关专业，硕士以上学历。

2. 经验：5年以上IT项目管理，包括战略管理和创新项目。

3. 技能：熟悉AI技术，项目管理工具，软件开源合规审查。

4. 语言：流利的中英文沟通能力。

5. 其他：海外经验优先，热爱新技术，快速学习适应能力。
