Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Connected Business Planning:
Act as a functional lead for Connected Business Planning use case (financial forecast and scenario based planning)
Collaborate with a globally distributed finance and business management teams on the functional design that address user needs, at the same time driving process transformation and efficiency improvements
Work with model builder team to align on the most suitable solution design and implementation approach
Develop monthly sprint plans in partnership with functional and model builder teams and actively engage throughout the sprint to achieve timely delivery in expected quality
Work with end user groups on testing and bug fixes
Develop and maintain detailed solution documentation
Anaplan COE:
Design and execute Anaplan hub level (COE) governance processes and engagement with use-case (spoke) stakeholders
Perform tenant level administration
Effectively engage and maintain working relationship with Anaplan Customer Success and other teams
Continue to learn and grow, building expertise in technical capabilities, best practices, and methodologies
Share knowledge effectively amongst relevant stakeholders and engage with Anaplan model builder community
Requirements
Bachelor degree in IT, Finance or Management related fields
Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and processes
Full lifecycle FP&A solution delivery experience
At least 5 year experience in business analysis, process transformation and/or solution design - have successfully delivered significant business solutions
Certified Anaplan Model Builder, preferably Solution Architect, with at least 3 years hands-on experience in building robust planning and data models within Anaplan
Deep Anaplan technology and best practices understanding
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise objective, mature judgement
Strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple technologies and business functions while further developing your career.
Desire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a "roll -up your sleeves" approach
Results-oriented, motivated, self-starter, excellent communicator (verbally and written), collegial, open, and grounded in integrity
Excellent command of English, knowledge of any other languages is an advantage (especially, Mandarin).

For Slovakia only:
Base gross monthly salary from 2500 EUR, depending on experience + a variable part of up to 12% of your annual earnings
