Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and business analysts to understand and translate business processes and requirements into technical solutions within D365 business applications.
Design, develop, and implement customizations, configurations, and integrations for D365 Sales, Customer Service and Project Operation modules to meet specific business needs using D365 and Power Platform tools.
Build and maintain custom workflows, plugins, and custom activities using C#, .NET and other relevant technologies.
Participate in solution design sessions, ensuring alignment with best practices, industry standards, and security guidelines.
Collaborate with project team and contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues during both implementation and post-implementation phases.
Provide technical expertise and support to functional consultants, ensuring successful system configuration and deployment.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment guides.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5 year+) as a Dynamics 365 Developer with strong hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and extending D365 Customer Engagement solutions using D365 and Power Platform tools.
Strong understanding of D365 architecture, including workflows, plugins, custom entities, and integration capabilities.
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and their integration with Dynamics 365.
Relevant Microsoft certifications PL-400, MB-400, MB210, MB230 or equivalent are highly desirable.
