What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Sales leader to manage an enterprise sales team in Europe. The enterprise AI sales team is the tip of the spear in Lenovo's enterprise account to drive generative AI opportunities for infrastructure, software and services. As the suitable candidate, you will guide our sales strategy, define go to market activities for AI sales in our enterprise accounts, as well as have responsibility for growing enterprise AI revenue. You will possess a solid track record and good sales management with experience selling in complex situations. You will be able to work with alliance and channel partners to build pipeline. In addition, you will also need to be an evangelist for Lenovo Enterprise AI solutions, services, and partner offerings, as you will collaborate across regions to build better offerings through knowledge sharing and best practices.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the AI business development team accountable for accelerating AI sales in enterprise accounts by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Your team is responsible for identifying and driving generative AI opportunities for software, services, consulting, and HW with the ISO sales organization.
Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation and market share.
Engage with regional sales and services teams on AI deals to provide expertise and guidance.
Track emerging markets and trends to identify and recommend GTM changes and solutions to address challenges.
Evangelize and promote AI use cases capabilities at industry and partner events to develop sales strategies with account managers, resellers, and system integrators.
Develop and nurture the pipeline for professional services, infrastructure, and software.
Monthly reporting and communications opportunities and progress.
Your experience and skills:
8+ years relevant experience in sales or technical pre-sales
Sales or business development experience in large & complex deals (proven track record of deal negotiation)
Good knowledge of AI software ecosystems, AI use cases, and how to differentiate and promote them at regional level
Understanding of AI and infrastructure solutions supporting AI
Good technical understanding of server & storage technologies
Experience with leading an international team (your team will be based in Europe)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to gain credibility and become a trusted source for internal and external customers
