Description and Requirements
Responsibilities:
Report to the Vice President GTAP ISO and provide full spectrum of administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings.
Possible supervise a team of secretaries to ensure smooth operations to the leaders in the sales organization.
Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for executive decision-making.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Facilitate effective time management by prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar role supporting senior executives in high-growth or dynamic industry
People management experiences in leading a team of secretaries or administrative staff will be an advantage
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
Project management experience and certification will be a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
