Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and policies to support the company's global manufacturing operations.

  2. Oversee end-to-end operations of manufacturing, ensuring efficient production scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management.

  3. Collaborate with cross functions to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain efficiency.

  4. Ensure robust quality control systems for product integrity and customer satisfaction.

  5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.

  6. Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

  7. Develop and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  8. Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

  9. Represent the manufacturing department in cross-functional meetings and projects, providing strategic guidance and aligning with corporate objectives.

  10. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in manufacturing management, or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leading and transforming global manufacturing processes.

  3. Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Smart / Digital Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

  4. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

  5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated success in driving operational excellence.

  6. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the manufacturing sector.

  7. Experience in international manufacturing operations, with a focus on supply chain management and global compliance.

  8. Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  9. Fluent English, both written and spoken

  10. Sense of ownership, result-driven, open-minded and cooperative.
