Description and Requirements
As an SMB Account Representative for Lenovo, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts, developing a book of businesses, and building strong relationships with clients. You will focus on selling Lenovo products and services to key clients through proactive outbound phone calls, aiming to achieve revenue and profitability objectives. This role does not require cold calling but rather working with leads and focusing on outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the outbound sales process, including prospecting, calling leads, and developing long-term client relationships in the eCommerce sector.
Develop and maintain a book of business, focusing on outbound opportunities rather than inbound queries.
Sell Lenovo products and solutions by configuring, pricing, and quoting solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain accurate weekly sales forecasts and pipelines to achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional account support through proactive follow-up and customer service to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and resolve any operational or product issues.
Participate in team meetings and share best practices with the sales community to promote continuous learning and overachievement.
Work independently, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and consistently deliver results above team expectations.
Qualifications:
Native French speaker with strong business English skills is a must.
4-5 years of successful experience in outbound-focused sales, with no requirement for IT-specific background.
Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships in a quota-driven sales environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with a track record of overachieving sales targets.
Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and other basic tools to manage tasks and client communications.
Independent worker with excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of managing tasks without constant supervision.
Strong multitasking abilities, able to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines.
Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-oriented, capable of thriving in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
