Description and Requirements
As an Inside Sales SMB Representative for Lenovo's E-commerce team in Iberia, you will drive sales of Lenovo products, services, and solutions to clients through a combination of inbound (queue-based) and outbound calls. You'll play a key role in uncovering opportunities, communicating the value of Lenovo's products, and positioning Lenovo solutions against competitors. This role requires a proactive approach to managing accounts, building client relationships, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. As a product expert, you will develop strategies to guide both new and existing customers toward the best Lenovo solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Industry Knowledge & Product Presentation: Maintain a deep understanding of Lenovo's product portfolio and IT industry trends to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that meet both short-term and long-term revenue goals for the Iberian market.
Outbound Sales Focus: Drive outbound sales by managing a book of business, prospecting leads, and developing client relationships with a focus on account growth.
End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the sales process from lead generation through to closure, with emphasis on up-selling and cross-selling Lenovo products and services.
Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Prepare accurate weekly forecasts and maintain a robust sales pipeline to track progress and meet targets.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide top-tier account support, addressing client needs proactively to improve retention and maximize satisfaction.
SMB Community Engagement: Actively participate in team meetings and share best practices within the SMB sales community to foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience, ideally in a related field.
IT Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the IT industry and experience working with hardware or technology products is preferred.
Relationship & Communication Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Languages: Native or fluent proficiency in Italian and Spanish, with business-level English; Portuguese is a nice-to-have.
Proactivity & Goal Orientation: Highly proactive and goal-oriented, with a strong focus on exceeding sales targets.
Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in Quota-Carrying Roles: Proven success in managing and meeting revenue targets in a competitive sales environment.
