Description and Requirements
The Inside Sales Support Representative will support a specific dedicated EMEA region and interact with ISG Sales teams (60%), internal customers (e.g. pricing, order management - 30%) and external customers / Lenovo Business Partners (10%). This position is dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers. Building strong relationship and supporting sellers to offload them from Administrative and non-customer facing activities. The role is instrumental for increasing our Sellers efficiency and focus on our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Contract Creation, Validation of terms and conditions, Contract Registration
Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
Solution Design / Configuration
Scope of work Preparation
Process Education and New Tools Testing
Escalations and prioritization with aligned functions as Pricing, Supply Chain, Product management, Finance, Channel...
Audit ready documentation creation and storage maintenance
Requirements:
The Sales Support Representative will have excellent contract language / creation background, teaming skills, quality improvement, and organization skills. Also, this candidate is able to manage priorities and demonstrates a strong aptitude for critical thinking and problem resolution.
Other requirements include:
Strong written and verbal English and preferably French language and this role will cover French market.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service service, back office or sales support is an advantage
Strong PC Background (Word, Excel, Power BI, etc)
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Escalation Management
Strong ability to gather, analyze, monitor and document data
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills, facilitation and collaboration skills
Team player who is highly motivated & detail oriented
Flexibility to work in an fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent tasks / project

Base gross monthly salary from 1 800 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings.
