Description and Requirements

'- To manage the KR Contact Centre team in KR and in DL that comprises for 21 headcounts

  • Working closely with AP/GTAP CEC lead and lead KR team to execute the CEC tower strategy
  • Leading on KR CC operations transformation initiatives including upsell initiatives, eservices, automation
  • Attend to high level customer escalation calls received by team members and provide the necessary directions or approval to resolve the job related issue
