Lenovo Business and Summary

The GEO Category Leader oversees the entire in geo-based organization of the ISG Category team including the business, product, operations & strategy. Reporting to the VP ISG Category, this role understands the GEO landscape, identifies business opportunities, positions the right products to win, and coordinates operations, strategy, & execution within GEO. Collaborating closely with the ISO sales leader in the execution of the campaigns, this leader builds a trusted partnership to achieve GEO ISO STAMP plans.

Responsibilities

Accountable for all facets of GEO ISG Category (Business, Product, Operations, Strategy) including:

  • Business Management
    • Set GEO 4P Quarterly & Fiscal Year Plan
    • Execute Product/Solution Sales Campaigns in GEO
    • P&L Oversight including countries P&L (down to TMC) as well commercial margin structure per segment
    • Demand Planning
  • Product Management
    • Product & Market Specialization
    • Product Lifecycle & Portfolio
    • Product Ambassador
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive excitement to the product & solution portfolio with passion, and work collaboratively with GEO ISG & ISO sales, operations, finance, and marketing to execute the business strategy.
  • Team Leader
    • Lead a diverse and dynamic team of individuals in various countries within GEO

    • Support business, product, and operations teams with feedback and remove roadblocks for highest customer satisfaction

    • Work cross-functionally to support internal and external activities

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

  • In-depth understanding & knowledge of GEO as demonstrated by 10+ years experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration with focus on 4P

  • At least 10 years previous experience in Sales, Sales Management, Marketing

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive

  • Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications

  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented

  • Ability to articulate strategy plans clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels in a collaborative manner
