IT Project Manager - In this role, you will be managing assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project. Develops, maintains, and revises proposals for assigned projects including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, funding, and staffing.

You Will:

• Project Deliverables

oEnsuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
oDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
oGather, analyze and plan requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

• Project Management

oDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress & monitor maintenance

oUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

oMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

oManage project issues and escalation

oManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

oPerform risk management to minimize project risks

oEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

oCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation

oSupport change of management, handling IT contract, payment & procurements

oExperience in writing/planning for IT project budget on paper

You Bring:

• Project Experiences:

oStrong experience in managing projects in Public Sector

oProject management stages from initiation till operation handover

oInfrastructure typed project management as secondary skills

oExperience in handling project management in Cybersecurity- conduct compliance / audit. Good exposure in cybersecurity solutions

o5-10 years of experiences to work as a team internally and externally vendor resources

oExcellent communication and written skills

oAble to handle multiple projects concurrently
