This role is part of Lenovo's Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. Premium Product Manager Role & Responsibilities

  1. Product Management: Execute a series of related product management activities to ensure the product's competitiveness and success in the market.

  2. Market Research and User Analysis: Conduct the market research to identify target user groups, understanding and capturing the core needs of users.

  3. Product Planning: Responsible for the planning of the product, including hardware specifications, target cost, retail price setting, and the development of software functions and experience goals.

  4. R&D Propulsion: Drive the R&D organization to confirm technology choices, ensuring consistency in technology and product development directions.

  5. Market Strategy: Collaborate with the business management department to determine product launch timing, promotion strategies, and channel layout.

  6. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Rapidly coordinate with R&D, marketing, and operations departments to develop and implement product response strategies based on the product lifecycle and sales forecasts.

  7. This role is located in the Beijing, China Corporate Office. New hire will be expected to work on site.

Job Requirments

  1. Bachelor degree or above with graduation date between 2024 and August 20257 and a Major in International Trade, Economy Management, Business Management, or E-commerce is preferred.

  2. Strategic Thinking: Ability to perform global market analysis and product planning, with the capability to grasp and interpret complex market trends.

  3. Technical Insight: With the ability to evaluate the impact of different technology choices on the product.

  4. Project Management: Able to manage multiple projects, ensuring goals are met on time and with quality.

  5. Communication and Coordination: Outstanding communication and coordination skills, effectively managing the expectations and needs of internal and external stakeholders.

  6. Innovative Thinking: Possess innovative thinking, integrating novel ideas and solutions into product planning and market strategy.

  7. Adaptability and Flexibility: In a fast-paced and dynamically changing environment, quickly adapt to market changes and adjust product strategies.

  8. Leadership: Good leadership skills, capable of leading and motivating cross-functional teams towards a common goal.

  9. Bilingual: Mandarin and English
