Description and Requirements
• Reporting directly to the Regional General Manager for Greater Asia Pacific Region;
• Results oriented with proven abilities in strategic & tactical planning, project management, operational efficiency and team building.
• Motivational management style with a record of building and retaining highly effective sales & marketing teams, distributor networks and functional support teams.
• Country P&L responsibility including planning and implementation of annual budget plans, and regular reporting into headquarters to deliver revenue and profitability targets.
• Executes a successful commercial and consumer segment strategy for market across sales, function and support teams, to ensure strategic and operational goals are achieved. Supports new business models, products and offerings to market in timely manner.
• Represents the company externally with customers, business and alliance partners. (Clients, Marketing Agencies, Sales Agencies, Industry, etc.).
• Responsible as the legal representative / director of the local company entity.
• Responsible on cultivate ONE TEAM environment, enhance collaboration across multiple business in Taiwan and create good employee experience.
