Description and Requirements

  • Key Responsibilitities:

  • Build up regular reporting dashboard to strong support planning management and key steps to optimize logic to improve NPI (new product) PAL.

  • Strong leadership to help new product landed in FRU service supply chain, and cross function cooperation to monitor and alert new product readiness status.

  • Lead the discussion and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve all kinds of issues and satisfy demand.

  • E2E FRU MD management. Include but not limited to SBOM/BU/CC/SUB/EC/Price/RSF/MPSO/ IB/Usage/LC definition.

  • Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Business Analysis, computer science or related.

  • Familiar with SAP/ERP logic.

  • Skilled in Microsoft office(Excel), ACCESS、SQL, etc. Rich Knowledge of programming languages (such as Python) or Power BI will be a big plus.

  • Must have good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English.

  • Must be eager to learn with fast learning curve and have strong sense of urgency and be able to standard pressure load.

  • Must be a dedicated and dependable team player, willing to follow guidelines and management to help whole team achieve success.

  • Self-driven, good communication and problem-solving skills, hands-on & results-oriented to perform in a cross-functional internal and external partner environment.

  • 1 year or above working experience on new product planning management would be a plus.
