Description and Requirements

Site Supplier Quality Engineer

A Supplier Quality Engineer manages relationships with suppliers with a focus on the improvement of product quality. Performs audits to ensure compliance with quality standards of their organization and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate supplier visit to MTY (on site FA , OSV set up etc)

• Perform supplier visits to MX suppliers per request from WW SQE

• Support MTY site Pre-Stop assessment as needed

• Research, recommend & support 3rd party suppliers for NPI projects and non-expected reworks from Lenovo

• Coordinate MTY DIMM PST process

• Drive Local FA & AQM team activities as needed.

• Resource function for MTY MRB activities/ warehouse availability improvement actions/ WW continues improvement project activities, provide support from SQE standpoint.

• Member of MTY Certified Internal Quality Auditor team. Perform On-site Quality audits according to MTY QMS schedule

• Impose and ensure compliance with Supplier Quality Standards On-site ？

• Perform other duties as necessary.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of Manufacturing Quality experience

• English language skills are required (Spanish language skills also preferred)

• Good with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 software

• Focus on customers and positive results
