Description and Requirements

Employer: FCNT, LLC

Work location: Sanki-Yamato Building, 7-10-1 Chuo-rinkan, Yamato, Kanagawa

Smoking: Not allowed in the office

Employment condition: Permanent Staff (Probation period: 6 months)

# of hirings: 1HC

Overtime allowance: Discretionary labor system, so not applicable

Expected salary: Target OTE Up to JPY13.78M(B8), depending on the current salary and experience of candidate

Working hours: 9:15-18:00 (Rest time: 1 hour (12:00-13:00))

Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, national holidays, year-end holiday, established anniversary day, special holiday, and compensatory holiday

FCNT合同会社は、携帯端末の販売、企画、開発及び修理サポートを行う会社です。

その中で、開発部門は電気設計、機構設計、無線設計、ソフトウエア設計の各部門で構成され、各部は、キャリア、営業、企画、品質保証、部品メーカ、修理サポート部門及びLenovo Gr内で同じく携帯端末の開発を行っているレノボ（MBG）やODMの委託先やと連携しFCNT端末の安全、安心、シニアの使いやすさを特徴とした端末開発の全責任を担っています。

Roles and Responsibilities

基本的に下記の業務を想定しています。

携帯端末の開発におけるプロジェクトマネージメント:

・MBG R＆Dチームと連携した新規開発機種のプロジェクト管理/運営

・携帯電話キャリアに対する技術/スケジュール交渉、調整

・社内関係部門との調整・開発プロセスの推進

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

・携帯端末もしくは他の小型通信機器が5年以上

・日本の通信事業者との間でプロジェクトマネージメント経験

・コミュニケーションスキル　（論理的なコミュニケーション力、交渉スキル、プレゼンテーションスキルなど）

・英語TOEIC700点以上

・FCNTの事業及びブランド価値を理解し、社内外の関係部署と連携しながら自律的に業務を遂行できる方、特に日本の通信事業者に人脈を持ち交渉が出来る方。

Preferred Qualifications:

・携帯端末の設計経験

・中国語 ネイティブレベル
