Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Product Launch Strategy Development & GTM Blueprint Creation

  • Create go-to-market key structure and blueprint based on strategic product focuses for all routes (channel, mid-market or ecom..etc) and coordinate with owners to enrich the pillars to be sure of its fitness

  • Stay on top of PC/IT industrial moves and equipped with x-portfolio knowledge with solid insights in both hardware/software to bring solution pitch into GTM

  • Act as the anchor point of HQ to support all strategic product promotions needs in both training and deliverables from WW by collaborating w/ marketing.

  • Partner with product & operation team to translate product information into sales and marketing language based on business needs

  • Bring fresh new ideas and innovative thoughts on launch initiatives.

  • Support specific needs for certain routes and target audience by tailoring GTM strategies to meet the need.

Market Research, Analysis and Reporting:

  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research on certain IT topics to generate insights including but not limited to customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape etc., which could justify or benefit GTM planning

  • Deliver geo-customized materials covering macro/micro economic environment, local market trends, key competitor moves and focused verticals.

Program Management:

  • Lead on GTM program negotiation, discussion and execution.

  • Support add-hoc strategic program proposal or analysis.

Qualification and Skill Required:

  • Communication skill in English up to marketing standard (both oral/written especially in article conducting to stay as close as native)

  • Strong PPT/Deliverable Capability

  • Basic understanding on PC/IT industry but carry with strong interests in IT/Tech to dig out or catch up more (Eager to learn IT/New Tech)

  • Strategic thinking with business insight to relate short-term and long-term goals or actions into ultimate business target

  • Solid market research and reporting capabilities: primary research, secondary analysis, advanced analytics and reporting writing skills required. (consulting firm experience is a plus)

  • Adaptability to changes, being flexible and responsive to rapid industrial/ market conditions changes and customer needs.

  • Strong ownership and accountability on tasks and result delivering.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skillset
