Description and Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supply Chain Enablement Professional to join our Cloud Service Provider team at Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG). In this role, you will help our Supply Chain organization deliver strategic objectives for our Cloud clients, while also developing and influencing the strategic direction of the ISG supply chain.

As a Supply Chain Enablement Leader, you will establish deep and engaging client-facing relationships, develop detailed solutions to enable Lenovo's supply chain operations to deliver client-level supply chain solutions, and become the supply chain focal and engagement point for Sales and the Cloud Business Unit within the ISG Supply Chain, as it relates to assigned Cloud client accounts.

To be successful in this role, you will need deep analytical capabilities, strong communication skills, and robust experience with supply chain operations. You will also demonstrate the ability to collaborate with different functions, focus on achieving practical business impact, and work well at all levels of the organization.

This position can be based in Morrisville, NC, or Seattle, WA, USA.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, business, finance, or other related fields

  • Business management and team management experiences in a global organization

  • 5+ years' experience in the supply chain domain

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's Degree

  • Deep understanding in industry Supply Chain domains

  • Familiarity with supply chain future development, transformation & direction

  • Experience planning and conducting complex negotiations reaching lasting agreements and commitments

  • Experience analyzing complex/new situations, anticipating potential problems and future trends, assessing opportunities, impacts, and risks

  • Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and supervisory skills
