for Magna's Board of Directors, senior leaders and other employees. This role is also responsible for maintenance / reporting of outstanding share capital, as well as insider reporting.
Your Responsibilities
Execute transition from Excel-based equity compensation processes to a third-party platform.
Day-to-day administration of Executive stock option and Performance Stock Unit (PSU), grants, exercises/redemptions, and cancellations.
Handling of non-Executive employees' Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), grants, redemptions, and cancellations.
Coordination with applicable Payroll, Tax, HR, Legal and other personnel in connection with above.
General compensation forecasting and analysis.
Who we are looking for
University degree in relevant field.
3+ years of work-related experience.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Highly organized and efficient in managing workload.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
Your preferred qualifications
Familiarity with stock-based compensation terms and concepts.
Experience in compensation forecasting and administration.
Proficiency with Excel and third-party tech platforms such as Global Shares/ ShareWorks.
