"Its not crazy toxic. BUT upper management is full of certain types of men (you know what I mean) so it can be a lot to navigate if you work directly with them. If you are at the developer level then its fine. Usually the engineering managers are good and flexible. But if I didn't have my current manager or team I wouldn't stay. So its not a place I would actively recommend. The benefits and WLB are really good though. "

"As a salary worker I’ve found this company to be very fair and supportive of families. They are flexible and will allow you to adjust your schedule as needed."

"Magna Electronics review
I am overqualified for my job responsibilities and I am overlooked on many advancement opportunities, I've been working here two year and I have not been assigned any engineering opportunities and have been subjected to "gaslighting" by my manager."
