Facilitate open communication to all employees using various methods including monthly Employee Meetings, presentations, postings, and other effective approaches
Establish, implement, and monitor HR KPIs and benchmark for continuous improvement.
Ensure the preparation, timely submission and effective management of HR budget, and adherence to approved budget.
Active participation in planning the remuneration budget and employment planning as well as preparing cyclical forecasts of HR costs.
Develop, implement, and manage all HR processes, including their optimization and improvement.
