Qualifications
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A master's degree in IT management, business administration (MBA), or a specialized certification in Industry 4.0 is a significant advantage.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT management, ideally within an automotive manufacturing environment. Experience in handling Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, robotics, AI, and data analytics is highly valuable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). Knowledge of Epicor CMS is an advantage. Familiarity with industrial networks and cybersecurity is required.
Project Management Skills: Experience in leading IT projects, budgeting, and vendor management. Certification in project management (such as PMP or PRINCE2) is preferred.
Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership abilities to manage IT teams and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, production, materials teams. Effective communication skills are key for liaising between departments and aligning technology solutions with business goals.

Work Environment
The work environment is primarily office and includes manufacturing plant.
The individual must be able to perform all essential functions as appropriate on the plant floor, in meetings, and with team members, management, customers and suppliers.
