Role
Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits and other HR operational topics, providing timely and effective resolution.
Manage the operational aspects of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and vendor relations.
Support and coordinate employee processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
Oversee vacation tracking and ensure accurate and timely vacation management in alignment with company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to support organizational goals and compliance.
All About You / Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, or a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from data and produce clear and actionable reports.
Nice to have proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
