    Title And Summary

    Director, Account Management

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Participates in business conversations with key decision makers internally and externally
    • Partners with the expert sales teams, internal partners and key stakeholders to provide support to sales in a region
    • Influences key account strategies using analytical problem solving and leveraging data tools to provide market data and customer specific recommendations
    • Supports project execution by collaborating across all business functions including business development, project delivery oversight, marketing and product management
    • Provides insight and analysis of market and customer business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
    • Develops and maintains strong working relationships, working closely with cross-functional partners within the regions
    • Supports country manager to deliver against business targets for Mastercard from new business and existing customers
    • Contributes to the achievement of sales and net revenue targets
    • Assists with analysis of customer's business through profitability modeling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis
    • Assists in designing strategies, messaging and proposals for customers
    • Supports the management key customer relationships at manager levels
    • Collaborates with the account team and customers to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans
    • Able to lead as a project manager and key end-to-end resource lead on small to mid-sized projects
    • Able to develop and deliver thoughtful market and business analysis for customer accounts
    Previous Experience
    • Previous professional experience in financial services, cards, payments, account management or related field
    • Previous experience in conducting business development activities working with cross functional partners within a large / multinational organization
    • Preferred experience and knowledge of MasterCard's core products, rules, and services
    • Knowledge of the Jordan payments ecosystem and landscape is paramount

    Highly motivated individual, with the ability to seamlessly juggle multiple priorities

    Execution-oriented and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency

    Payments industry experience is a strong plus

    Strong excel (financial modeling) and powerpoint skills

    Proficient communicator: able to deliver great presentations, write crisp emails and has a great phone manner

    Demonstrates learning agility through quickly establishing credibility in a new subject matter or vertical

    Always acts with integrity

    Fluent in English and Arabic
